Managed service
Websites are provided as part of an ongoing managed subscription service. Your subscription covers the building, hosting, maintenance and promotion of your online presence for as long as it is active.
Our property
The company retains ownership of its underlying website templates, platform, software, systems and infrastructure.
Your property
Your business assets — logos, photographs, business information, branding and the details you provide — remain yours.
Domains
Where a custom domain is used, domain registration and ownership arrangements will be confirmed in writing. We do not assume automatic domain purchasing on your behalf.
Cancellation
Plans are billed monthly and may be cancelled from your dashboard. What happens to the website, content and domain after cancellation will be defined in the service agreement.
Advertising review
All advertising material is reviewed by an administrator before delivery or publication. We may decline requests for material we consider misleading, unlawful or unsuitable.
No guarantees
We do not guarantee specific Google rankings, enquiry volumes or customer numbers.
