Service terms & website ownership
This page is a plain-English summary. It is not legal advice and does not form a contract. Final terms will be set out in the Get Your Business Seen service agreement.
Who we are

Managed service
Websites are provided as part of an ongoing managed subscription service. Your subscription covers the building, hosting, maintenance and promotion of your online presence for as long as it is active.
Our property
The company retains ownership of its underlying website templates, platform, software, systems and infrastructure.
Your property
Your business assets — logos, photographs, business information, branding and the details you provide — remain yours.
Domains
Where a custom domain is used, domain registration and ownership arrangements will be confirmed in writing. We do not assume automatic domain purchasing on your behalf.
Cancellation
Plans are billed monthly and may be cancelled from your dashboard. What happens to the website, content and domain after cancellation will be defined in the service agreement.
Advertising review
All advertising material is reviewed by an administrator before delivery or publication. We may decline requests for material we consider misleading, unlawful or unsuitable.
No guarantees
We do not guarantee specific Google rankings, enquiry volumes or customer numbers.
NFC Review Cards — the products
Our NFC Review Cards are physical cards or stickers sold as one-off purchases, separate from the £9.99/month managed service. Tapping one with an NFC-compatible smartphone can open the Google, AutoTrader, Trustpilot or Tripadvisor review or listing page programmed onto it. An NFC-enabled device is required, and not every phone or device will behave identically.
NFC Review Cards — price and payment
Cards are £2.99 each. UK delivery is charged once per order and depends on the total number of items: £1.99 for 1–5 items, £2.99 for 6–10 items and £4.99 for 11 or more. Payment is taken in full at the time of ordering through our payment provider, Stripe. We do not see or store your card details.
NFC Review Cards — your information
You must give us your name, business name, email, phone number and UK delivery address so we can fulfil and post your order. For every product ordered, you must supply the relevant Google, AutoTrader, Trustpilot or Tripadvisor review or listing URL. It is your responsibility to make sure each link is correct and that you are entitled to use it for your business.
NFC Review Cards — programming and delivery
Each card is programmed by hand with your review link and tested before it is posted. Cards are sent by standard UK post; we do not advertise this as a tracked service and we do not promise a specific delivery date. Orders are fulfilled manually, so nothing is programmed or dispatched automatically by the website.
NFC Review Cards — cancellations, refunds and faults
Cancellations, returns, faulty or incorrect cards, and cards affected by incorrect information supplied by you are covered in our returns and cancellations page. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer.
