Who we are
Get Your Business Seen Ltd provides managed websites, Google Business Profile support and advertising help to small UK businesses. You can contact us at hello@growyourbusinessseen.co.uk or 07411 534359.
What we collect
Your name and email address when you create an account; your business details (trading name, address, services, prices, opening hours, contact details) so we can build and run your website; the content of requests and messages you send us; and billing records. Card details are handled by Stripe — we never see or store your full card number.
Why we collect it
To deliver the service you're paying for: building and maintaining your website, managing your Google listing, producing adverts, answering your requests, taking payment and keeping accounting records.
Who we share it with
Only the suppliers needed to run the service — our hosting and database provider, our payment processor (Stripe), and Google where you have asked us to manage your Business Profile. We do not sell your data or pass it to marketing lists.
How long we keep it
For as long as your account is active, and afterwards only where we're required to keep records (for example billing records for tax purposes). You can ask us to delete the rest at any time.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email hello@growyourbusinessseen.co.uk and we'll respond within 30 days. If you're unhappy with how we've handled it, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
Security
Your data is stored in a managed database with access controls so that each customer can only see their own information. Access by our team is limited to what's needed to do the work you've asked for, and actions are logged.
