Your business content — your words, photos, logo and business details — is yours and always will be. The website is built and hosted as part of the subscription, so it stays live for as long as your plan is active.

You do. We don't buy or hold domains on your behalf. If you already have one, you point it at us; if you don't have one yet, we'll tell you exactly what to buy and help you set it up.

Each plan includes a set number of requests each month, and it resets on your billing date. Questions are always free and never count against it. If you need more, we can add extra to your account.

We acknowledge requests within 30 minutes during Mon–Fri 8am–6pm · Sat 9am–1pm. Most website changes are done the same or next working day.

Yes. You can invite us as a manager of your Google Business Profile and we'll keep your details, hours, photos and posts up to date. You stay the owner, and you can remove our access at any time.

No, and be careful of anyone who promises that. What we do is make sure your business looks professional, loads fast, says the right things and is set up properly on Google so you have the best chance of being found.

Yes, any time, from your billing page. Your plan runs to the end of the month you've paid for and then stops. No exit fees.
